Software Engineer (Java + Python)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain synchronization solutions for enterprise engineering tools and platforms.
• Build REST APIs, connectors, workflow and field mappings, and synchronization logic using Java and Python.
• Integrate Jira, Azure DevOps, IBM Engineering Workflow Management (EWM/RTC), and other enterprise applications.
• Investigate synchronization incidents, performance bottlenecks, data inconsistencies, and customer-reported issues.
• Develop Python, Flutter, and Power Automate utilities for deployment, diagnostics, reporting, migration, testing, and operational support.
• Create automated testing and validation utilities and collaborate with customers and international development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Java and Python programming skills with an interest in automation and tooling.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, enterprise application integration, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Experience with Git, Jira, Windows, Linux, and Docker.
• Vietnamese is listed as a language condition for the Hanoi role.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IBM EWM/RTC, integration platforms, or enterprise synchronization solutions.
• Experience with Flutter, Jenkins or GitHub Actions, and Basic Authentication or JWT.
• Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Good English communication skills.
