Workday Reporting Analyst (HR Data & Reporting): Designing and standardizing Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and reporting governance for HR operations across 30+ countries with an accent on Workday data architecture, security, and regulatory compliance. Focus on building scalable self-service analytics, protecting sensitive HR data, and translating cross-functional requirements into audit-ready reporting solutions.

What you will do
- Design and deliver advanced Workday reports, dashboards, discovery boards, and analytics solutions.
- Develop complex calculated fields and reporting logic using Workday business objects, data sources, and data architecture.
- Own global HR reporting governance, including report inventories, standards, certification, documentation, and access controls.
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and Centers of Excellence to translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
- Enable self-service reporting through standardized dashboards and training while improving data accessibility and reducing manual effort.
- Ensure reporting supports data privacy, security, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience.
- Deep expertise in Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending reports.
- Advanced proficiency with calculated fields, business objects, and Workday data architecture.
- Strong understanding of the Workday security model, including domain security, role-based access, and sensitive HR data controls.
- Experience designing scalable reporting solutions and supporting regulatory or compliance reporting, such as pay equity and workforce disclosures.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, IT, or a related field, plus experience working with geographically distributed teams.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Workday Prism, Discovery Boards, Power BI, or Tableau.
