What you will do

• Design and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and scorecards to track headcount, turnover, and recruiting metrics.
• Partner with HR stakeholders and business leaders to translate complex requirements into analytics solutions.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify workforce trends and risks across the entire employee lifecycle.
• Lead HR data integrity efforts by developing standards, performing audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Support Workday Prism Analytics, integrations, and data transformation activities.
• Provide consultation and training to HR partners to promote self-service reporting and data interpretation.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in People Analytics, HR reporting, or Workday reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday reporting, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports, and calculated fields.
• Proven experience creating executive-ready dashboards and workforce trend analyses.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Certifications in Workday Reporting, Workday HCM, or People Analytics.
