What you will do

• Deliver high-impact analytics projects and actionable insights across the group’s brands.
• Build self-serve reports and recommendations that support data-driven business decisions.
• Identify personalisation opportunities, monitor experiments, and develop and track KPIs.
• Build stakeholder relationships and present findings tailored to different audiences, including senior management.
• Troubleshoot and optimise data sources, including complex, high-volume datasets.
• Work with Data Engineers to productionise valuable analytical outputs and share knowledge with analysts, data scientists, and engineers.

Requirements

• Professional experience in data analytics.
• Experience with BI reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI and app analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Good working knowledge of SQL, including debugging SQL code and performing data cross-checks.
• Experience with GitHub and DBT or similar code development tools.
• Ability to manage stakeholder requests and analyse complex data from varied sources and formats.
• Strong data visualisation and communication skills, including explaining quantitative analysis clearly and actionablely to senior management.
