Manager, Security Development & Engineering (IAM)

Location: Westlake, Texas, United States; hybrid/remote work schedule available for eligible positions.

Salary: USD $160,285–$187,100 per year. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are additional.

What you will do

• Build, execute, and deploy identity governance and access management solutions using SailPoint and Oracle IAM products.
• Develop custom IGA solutions with SailPoint and Java frameworks.
• Design and demonstrate IAM architecture with governance, security architecture, and business application teams.
• Coordinate solution delivery from design through production with project, business analysis, support, operations, and Scrum teams.
• Provide technical direction, documentation, hands-on support, and delivery accountability across the IAM organization.
• Monitor compliance with security controls, policies, and standards and coordinate remediation with business and technology owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field; a 3-year or 4-year bachelor’s degree is accepted.
• At least 72 months of progressive, post-bachelor’s experience in a related occupation.
• Experience with Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, SailPoint IIQ, and PingFederate.
• Experience with REST, SOA EPL, Active Directory LDAP, Salesforce, SQL databases, and Unix shell scripting.
• Technical experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript is preferred.
