Cloud Services Engineer (Go/Python/TypeScript)

What you will do

• Design, build, and integrate application-level cloud services and microservices for product-facing workflows.
• Integrate and operate third-party systems, including payment, metering, billing, and ERP platforms.
• Implement e-commerce and monetization workflows across the full transaction lifecycle, including reconciliation.
• Own the reliability, scalability, and security of services in production.
• Contribute to API design, architecture decisions, and technical strategy.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering foundation in Go, Python, or TypeScript.
• Proven experience designing and building cloud services and microservices.
• Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs and building reliable, scalable, and secure services.
• Strong understanding of business logic and product domains.
• Comfort taking technical ownership of projects or mentoring other engineers.
• Strong English communication skills and availability for on-site work in Metzingen / Riederich, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with payment and billing systems.
• ERP integration, especially Business Central or Dynamics.
• Event-driven architecture.
• AWS serverless and microservices architecture.
• German language skills.
