TL;DR

What you will do
- Design and build RPA workflows for operational and back-office processes using UiPath, Power Automate, or equivalent tools.
- Develop LLM-based automation for invoice extraction, quality certificates, order processing, and email triage.
- Integrate automations with ERP, MES, and business applications through REST APIs, webhooks, and other data-exchange mechanisms.
- Build agent-based workflows for multi-step reasoning and decision-making.
- Test, deploy, monitor, maintain, and provide incident response for production automations.
- Identify, scope, and prioritise automation opportunities with operational and back-office teams.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience building automations in operational or business-process contexts.
- Hands-on experience shipping working automations into production environments.
- Production experience with UiPath, Power Automate, or an equivalent RPA tool.
- Python scripting for custom automation logic, API integration, and LLM tool use.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, webhooks, ERP systems, and other business applications.
- Process-analysis and QA mindset, plus a BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field.
Nice to have
- Experience with LLM tooling, prompt engineering, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar agent frameworks.
- Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP systems.
- Manufacturing or back-office finance and operations experience.
