What you will do

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, file and print services, IIS, and RDS.
• Deploy and manage Azure virtual machines, virtual networks, storage, Azure AD/Entra ID, and related cloud resources.
• Maintain hybrid connectivity and operations using Azure Site Recovery, Azure Backup, Azure Arc, AD Connect, and migration solutions.
• Automate administrative tasks and deployments with PowerShell and ARM templates.
• Implement security patches, RBAC, vulnerability monitoring, and compliance controls.
• Monitor system availability and resolve complex Tier 2/3 incidents across Windows, virtualization, and cloud environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 4 years of Windows Server or infrastructure administration experience.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale environments and Microsoft Azure hybrid solutions.
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2012–2022, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Azure VMs, VNets, storage, and security.
• Experience with VMware or Hyper-V, backup and disaster recovery solutions, and PowerShell scripting.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, communication, collaboration, and ITIL process skills.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator (AZ-800/801).
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator (AZ-104).
• MCSE/MCSA or ITIL Foundation certification.
