Associate Financial Advisor (Financial Services)

Location: On-site full-time in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada

What you will do

• Meet with personal and small business clients to understand their priorities and provide personalized financial, investment, credit, and mortgage solutions.
• Manage a portfolio of mortgage clients and deepen client relationships.
• Build networks through client outreach, referrals, family and community connections, and banking centre events.
• Identify future growth and revenue opportunities through outbound calls and advice-based conversations.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and support their use of digital banking tools.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience providing financial advice and achieving sales results through advice-based conversations.
• Current accreditation and good standing in a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds in Canada.
• Eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing is required.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Strong client service, communication, critical thinking, goal planning, and business development skills.
• Digital literacy and knowledge of financial products, regulatory requirements, and outbound client engagement.

Nice to have

• Current accreditation and good standing in CFSA (Certificate of Financial Services Advice).
