Manager, Software Development & Engineering (C#/.NET)

Location: Westlake, Texas, United States; hybrid/remote work schedule may be available for eligible positions.

Salary: USD 160,285–187,100 per year; annual bonus and other eligible earnings are additional.

What you will do

• Analyze enterprise-wide business applications, document current and future-state architectures, and define modernization roadmaps.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise software across distributed hybrid environments using DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, and automation.
• Apply knowledge of cash and stock applications in broker-dealer environments to meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Implement Agile/SAFe practices, facilitate user story reviews, resolve requirements ambiguities, and support technical governance and release decisions.
• Establish automated testing frameworks aligned with TDD principles, track defect metrics, and mentor junior engineers.
• Coordinate product teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters on project plans, testing schedules, SDET practices, and end-to-end delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 72 months of progressive post-Bachelor’s experience in a related occupation.
• 72 months of experience with SDET practices using C# and .NET Frameworks.
• Mainframe experience with Db2, COBOL, JCL, CICS, and Datacom Changeman.
• Experience with Atlassian tools including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo.
• Database and technology experience with IBM Db2, SQL Server, MongoDB, Splunk, Veracode, PCF Cloud, GitHub, and SOAP/REST web services.
