Location: Long Beach, California, United States; based at 's global headquarters. This position is for candidates seeking to work in U.S. offices and is subject to U.S. export-control eligibility requirements.
Base pay range: $160,000–$245,000 USD per year, with level and compensation determined based on knowledge, skills, education, and experience.

What you will do
- Lead multiple sensitive mission programs from blank-sheet concepts through qualification, responsive production, and flight.
- Own technical roadmaps, major program decisions, architectural trade-offs, and resolution of program-threatening issues.
- Manage program P&L on a firm-fixed-price basis, including forecasts, revenue and margin milestones, budgets, and make-or-buy decisions.
- Coordinate hardware, software, GNC, mission assurance, suppliers, and strategic subcontracts to protect schedule and quality.
- Build and develop program and engineering teams while strengthening the program leadership pipeline.
- Act as the primary contact for U.S. Government national security customers and support proposals and technical narratives with BD and Strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in physics, mathematics, science, or another technical discipline.
- 12+ years of experience in the aerospace or space industry and 8+ years of technical program management experience.
- Depth in at least one area: prototype-to-flight transition, EO/IR and optical payloads, production engineering, manufacturing risk reduction, or advanced sensing and communications.
- Experience identifying and mitigating technical, schedule, and supply-chain risks before they affect the mission.
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
- For U.S. office roles, candidates must satisfy applicable ITAR eligibility or authorization requirements, including U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residence, refugee/asylee status, or required government authorization.
Nice to have
- Experience transitioning low-volume prototypes into responsive production while maintaining mission reliability.
- National Security Space experience and familiarity with time-critical mission sets.
- Success negotiating, capturing, and executing large U.S. Government contracts.
- Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Systems engineering fluency and experience with Jira, Confluence, and ERP tools.
