Senior Technical Program Manager (Active TS/SCI)

Location: Onsite in Woodinville, Washington, United States; travel up to 25% and extended hours or weekends may be required for critical milestones.

Annual salary: $140,000–$240,000.

What you will do

• Own cost, schedule, and technical execution across multiple government and commercial programs from award through delivery.
• Act as the primary contact for customers, managing relationships, expectations, communication, and deliverable acceptance.
• Manage budgets, earned value, invoicing through PIEE/WAWF, milestones, integrated schedules, and program documentation.
• Lead proposal, contract, and modification efforts, including negotiating changes as programs evolve.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, security, legal, contractors, subcontractors, and teaming partners.
• Manage data rights, deliverable markings, classified and unclassified data, and scalable program management processes.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• 8+ years of program management or technical program management experience, including government programs.
• Experience with program cost and schedule management, earned value management, PIEE/WAWF invoicing, and milestone-based contracting.
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and experience working with government Contracting or Agreements Officers and program offices.
• Experience managing programs and data across multiple classification levels and working with government customers such as the Department of War, the Intelligence Community, or NASA.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for authorization under U.S. export regulations. A bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Other Transaction agreements, SBIR/STTR, and FAR-based contracts.
• Space, satellite, flight hardware, or major defense prime program experience.
• Knowledge of data rights, organizational conflict of interest management, and cybersecurity compliance.
• Formal EVMS experience, PMP certification, or equivalent.
• Military, civil service, or defense contractor experience.
