TL;DR
Technical Program Manager (Aerospace): Own execution of multidisciplinary hardware programs and build integrated schedules spanning engineering, production, software, and testing with an accent on detailed build planning, resource loading, critical-path control, and AI&T execution. Focus on finding schedule slips early, running replans, quantifying trade-offs, and building a scalable program-management operating cadence for VLEO satellite development.

Location: Onsite at the Broomfield, Colorado headquarters; relocation support is available. Applicants must be U.S. Persons and must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $167,450–$180,523 per year

hirify.global develops satellite buses, integrated satellites, and turnkey missions for Very Low Earth Orbit (VLEO), serving sensing, communications, and responsive operations.

What you will do

  • Own execution of company-wide hardware and software programs against company goals and committed delivery dates.
  • Build and maintain integrated schedules across engineering, production, software, systems, electronics, optics, mechanics, thermal, communications, and testing.
  • Manage detailed build schedules, including AI&T flow, production sequencing, resource loading, test-stand and fixture contention, and long-lead procurement.
  • Translate technical plans into defensible durations, maintain the critical path, and identify schedule risks before they become slips.
  • Run replanning processes, quantify options, present decisions, and maintain accurate program status and dependencies in Linear.
  • Establish scalable program-management standards for cadence, reporting, escalation, and schedule governance, while representing programs to customers and partners when needed.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in program or engineering management for hardware programs.
  • Experience owning a detailed build or AI&T schedule, including resource-loaded plans, negotiated durations, and critical-path management.
  • Experience integrating mechanical, electrical, software, and test workstreams.
  • Exposure to hardware production or integration and testing in or near a production environment.
  • BS in electrical engineering, computer engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent technical fluency.
  • U.S. Person status and authorization to work in the United States are required.

  • CAPM or PMP certification.
