Chief of Staff-Global Supply Chain

Location: Hybrid in the United States, with a minimum of three days per week in either the Holtsville, New York or Lincolnshire, Illinois office and two remote days; fully remote US work may be considered for an ideal candidate. Approximately 25% domestic and international travel annually.

Salary: $177,920–$266,880 annual base pay, plus a target performance-based cash incentive equal to 25% of base pay.

What you will do

• Drive the global supply chain operating rhythm, including quarterly business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and executive reporting.
• Lead strategic initiatives for the Chief Supply Chain Officer and translate strategy into actionable execution with global and regional leaders.
• Track KPIs, monitor initiative progress, identify performance gaps, and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure data integrity and visibility through enterprise systems and performance reporting.
• Lead and develop a team supporting business operations and administration.
• Partner with the CSCO to develop and execute high-impact growth initiatives tied to measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy or business operations.
• Proven career in supply chain operations and experience working with senior leadership in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Demonstrated success driving cross-functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience managing teams, developing talent, and leading teams that support business operations and administration.
• Previous experience as Chief of Staff for a Chief Supply Chain Officer.
