What you will do

• Develop and implement a multi-year supply chain roadmap aligned with corporate growth and fiscal objectives.
• Lead the design and optimization of the global distribution and logistics network to maximize efficiency.
• Establish and manage robust cost-reduction programs targeting delivery, transportation, and refurbishment.
• Implement AI-driven technologies to automate decision-making and improve predictive accuracy.
• Oversee the supply chain budget and implement total landed cost models for data-driven sourcing.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team, promoting a data-driven mindset and technical proficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Must be based in New York, New York (Hybrid).
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), TMS, WMS, and Looker.
• Exceptional ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategic insights.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree or MBA.
• APICS (CSCP/CPIM) or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
