TL;DR
Director, Integrated Business Planning CoE (Supply Chain): Defining and evolving the Beer Division’s integrated business planning operating model with an accent on demand, supply, financial integration, governance, data, and technology. Focus on governing the initiative roadmap, assessing process maturity, identifying value opportunities, and leading cross-functional adoption of planning standards.

Location: Chicago, Illinois; additional location: Rochester, New York. Travel required: less than 50%.

Salary: $117,100–$212,900 per year.

What you will do

  • Define and own the integrated business planning North Star, roadmap, and maturity progression across demand, supply, finance, governance, data, and technology.
  • Identify end-to-end value opportunities and assess their impact on forecast quality, financial alignment, and forecast value add.
  • Define and maintain planning standards and best practices across Demand, Supply, Governance, and Finance.
  • Govern initiative prioritization and trade-off decisions to focus on high-value, scalable solutions.
  • Own the IBP Process Health Check and Process Maturity Assessment, translating maturity improvements into measurable business gains.
  • Lead change and influence stakeholders across executive and junior levels to establish IBP as the enterprise operating model.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8–10+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Integrated Business Planning.
  • Deep expertise across Demand, Supply, Portfolio, Pre-Executive, and Executive Review cycles.
  • Experience designing or governing standards, frameworks, or maturity models in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional governance forums and steering committees.
  • Strong strategic planning, business acumen, data analysis, facilitation, influencing, and change leadership skills.
  • Working knowledge of agile and product operating models is preferred.
