Manager, Supply Chain Strategy

Location: New York, NY; hybrid work with three days per week in the office

Salary: $128,000–$135,500 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, and own reporting and analytics for end-to-end supply chain performance.
• Identify current and future waste drivers by analyzing business processes, system workflows, and underlying data.
• Create data-driven strategic briefs and propose waste-reduction solutions for executive and cross-functional audiences.
• Lead cross-functional supply chain projects from problem definition through implementation and measurement.
• Build dashboards and reporting to track project performance and the input metrics driving waste outcomes.
• Partner with data engineering, product, and operational teams to improve data capture, processes, tooling, and supply chain visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience driving cross-functional programs in supply chain, operations, or a comparable fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, demand forecasting, shelf life, service levels, and cost-to-serve in a complex, multi-node operation.
• Experience leading projects end-to-end through ambiguity and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency with SQL and hands-on data analysis for identifying root causes and sizing opportunities.
• Experience building reporting and dashboards with Looker, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
