Senior Staff Supply Chain Strategy Manager

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, United States. Hybrid work is expected, with individuals working from a hirify.global office 3+ days a week. A relocation stipend may be available for relocation to a hirify.global hub location.

Salary: $158,000–$186,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Own 1–3-year strategic initiatives covering supply chain product expansion, resilience, and differentiation.
• Lead high-stakes vendor strategy, negotiation, scenario planning, and partnership approval processes.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships involving SLAs, exclusivity, product strategy, competitive advantage, and customer experience.
• Drive alignment and resourcing across R&D, Operations, Finance, and GTM for multi-year programs.
• Prepare strategy narratives and trade-off documents to influence senior leadership decisions.
• Define and refine supply chain strategy, promote best practices, and maintain subject-matter expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience owning large-scale, cross-functional supply chain or strategic initiatives end to end.
• Experience with high-stakes vendor negotiation and partnership management.
• Ability to operate through ambiguity, make consequential trade-offs, and secure senior leadership approval.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication skills, including strategic document development.
• Proven ability to align R&D, Operations, Finance, and GTM stakeholders.
