Senior Staff Supply Chain Strategy Manager (AI)

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, United States; hybrid work with an expectation to work from a hirify.global office 3+ days per week. Relocation to a hirify.global hub may be supported.

Salary: $158,000–$186,000 USD annual base salary or on-target earnings range for Nashville, Tennessee.

What you will do

• Own 1–3-year strategic initiatives across supply chain product expansion, resiliency, and differentiation from hypothesis through post-implementation evaluation.
• Lead high-stakes vendor strategy and negotiations, including scenario planning, positioning, and partnership approval pathways.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships involving SLAs, exclusivity, differentiation, product strategy, competitive advantage, and customer experience.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and secure resources across R&D, Operations, Finance, and GTM for multi-year programs.
• Influence senior leadership through strategy narratives and trade-off documents, recommending data-driven adjustments based on outcomes.
• Define and refine supply chain strategy, promote best practices, and maintain deep subject-matter and industry expertise.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience owning large-scale, cross-functional supply chain or strategic initiatives end-to-end, including high-stakes vendor negotiation and partnership management.
• Ability to operate through significant ambiguity, make consequential trade-offs, and secure senior leadership approval on strategic direction.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership through high-quality strategic documents.
• Strong record of driving cross-functional alignment across R&D, Operations, Finance, and GTM.
• Ownership-oriented, action-focused approach with resilience, urgency, and a focus on delivering meaningful outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
