Site Logistics Manager

Location: On-site in Marlborough, Massachusetts, United States

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive warehouse and logistics experience, including work in a temperature-controlled warehouse.
• 5+ years in senior leadership or multi-site management roles and at least 5 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience.
• Deep knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, WMS, ERP, and supply chain systems.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, communication, decision-making, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to enforce OSHA, DOT, safety, equipment maintenance, and internal compliance requirements.

Nice to have

• MBA qualification.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing.

What you will do

• Lead daily picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory management, warehouse replenishment, and direct customer shipments.
• Manage approximately 10 warehouse personnel, balance workloads, and maintain accurate, efficient material flow.
• Use and optimize WMS and ERP systems to monitor inventory, shipments, system data, and operational performance.
• Develop warehouse and distribution strategies, workflows, capacity plans, and network optimization initiatives with leadership.
• Manage labor, equipment, and capital budgets; identify cost-saving opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Lead talent development, succession planning, safety culture, Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
