Senior Regional General Manager - Multisite

Location: Central Region — Dallas, Austin, Houston, Louisville, or Colorado, United States; regular travel across the region of approximately 40% is required.

Salary: $140,000–$155,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead several warehouse and delivery centers through Site General Managers and Site Leads, ensuring on-time, in-full, and damage-free customer deliveries.
• Own regional fleet and last-mile performance, including utilization, delivery costs, maintenance, route efficiency, telematics, chain of custody, and driver safety.
• Manage the region’s P&L, annual budget, labor planning, inventory accuracy, and expense performance against EBITDA targets.
• Ensure personnel, vehicle, food safety, DOT, OSHA, and HACCP compliance across all facilities.
• Standardize operating procedures, reporting tools, and scalable improvement programs in partnership with Operations Excellence, Supply Chain, Technology, and other matrixed teams.
• Develop Site GMs and site leaders through coaching, performance management, career planning, succession planning, and support for expansions and network changes.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of operations management experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, and/or last-mile delivery.
• Proven success leading multisite operations and managing site leaders or leaders of leaders.
• Strong knowledge of fleet, transportation, last-mile delivery, DOT compliance, and driver safety programs.
• 7–10 years of experience leading direct reports, including senior or site-level leaders.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, HACCP, food safety, and transportation regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred; an MBA is a plus.
