What you will do

• Optimize warehouse layouts, material flow, space utilization, and accessibility to support production efficiency.
• Establish controlled and documented material-handling procedures for internal plant movements.
• Build inventory tracking, cycle-counting, root-cause analysis, and material-traceability systems.
• Redesign and standardize receiving processes and coordinate outbound shipping operations.
• Ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations and control customer- and government-owned property.
• Develop multi-site logistics strategies, lead logistics employees, and apply Lean principles to eliminate waste.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
• 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience implementing inventory management systems and strong knowledge of inventory control methodologies.
• Understanding of domestic and international shipping regulations.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and strong organizational and project management capabilities.
