What you will do

• Manage daily inbound receiving, outbound fulfillment, inventory accuracy, equipment maintenance, and sanitation standards.
• Own facility P&L performance and monitor labor cost, throughput, error rates, and other operational KPIs.
• Hire and develop supervisors and frontline leads while building a supervisory structure that supports autonomous operations.
• Run performance conversations and establish clear operational expectations for the fulfillment center.
• Coordinate warehouse activity with customer service, sales, and other facility leaders.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in fulfillment, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• Experience leading teams of 40 or more people.
• Experience managing a facility budget and achieving operational KPIs.
• Comfort with WMS, Excel, project management software, and process documentation.
• Track record of building supervisory layers and developing frontline leadership.
• Strong communication skills for executive presentations and hands-on warehouse operations.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Relevant degree; equivalent operational experience is also accepted.
