Analyst, Strategic Finance (AI)

Location: London, UK; work format: Hybrid

Salary: £75,000–£95,000 per year, plus potential bonus and equity

What you will do

• Build and maintain financial models for capital planning, budgeting, and forecasting across global operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, variance analysis, and KPI tracking.
• Partner with Project Controls, Operations, and Accounting to track capital expenditure and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare materials for investor updates, Board meetings, and fundraising.
• Analyze financial performance, trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decisions.
• Improve reporting tools, templates, processes, and month-end close activities.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, investment banking, or a related field.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with financial reporting and forecasting tools such as NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, or Anaplan.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
