What you will do
- Drive business development in the automotive market across the Americas.
- Build strong relationships with Microchip business units and represent APG at the Chandler headquarters.
- Position and quote Microchip products for automotive customers.
- Support customer engagement by helping CEMs and FAEs promote automotive solutions.
- Support trade shows, write articles, contribute to automotive web content, and speak at public events.
- Identify market requirements and influence product roadmaps while coordinating APG and business-unit collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of the automotive market and automotive products.
- Semiconductor industry experience.
- Experience in sales, business development, and/or marketing.
- Excellent communication and client-engagement skills; self-starter attitude.
- Proficiency in English required.

- Foreign-language skills.
