Marketing Communications Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara or Austin, United States; Cambridge or London, United Kingdom; fully remote option with occasional travel to customer sites, partner meetings, and industry events.

What you will do

• Support the content roadmap across whitepapers, application notes, IP briefs, case studies, blog posts, and video scripts.
• Translate chiplet interconnect, fabric architecture, and multi-die integration concepts for technical and executive audiences.
• Plan and execute multichannel campaigns for product launches, partnerships, and industry events while tracking MQL and pipeline performance.
• Manage technical press and analyst relationships, press releases, media briefings, brand voice, and visual guidelines.
• Develop executive thought leadership and speaking submissions for major semiconductor and technology events.
• Create sales and licensing collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive battlecards, and FAE toolkits.

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing communications experience, including at least 3 years in semiconductors, EDA, IP licensing, or adjacent deep tech.
• Ability to write confidently about technical topics and earn the respect of engineering audiences.
• Strong experience managing integrated campaigns with measurable pipeline impact.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo, plus email campaign tools.
• Familiarity with AI-driven marketing skills and excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfort working across time zones with distributed teams; a background in electrical engineering, physics, computer science, or semiconductor products is beneficial.

Nice to have

• Experience at a fabless semiconductor company, IP licensor, or EDA vendor.
• Knowledge of the chiplet ecosystem, including UCIe, CXL, die-to-die interfaces, and disaggregated silicon.
• Experience managing or mentoring junior marketing staff.
• Fluency in a second language relevant to key markets in Asia or Europe.
