Salary: $171,500.00–$236,000.00 per year

What you will do

• Lead managers and professional staff while building effective marketing and cross-functional teams.
• Develop business and marketing plans, product positioning, pricing strategies, and product roadmaps.
• Conduct competitive analysis and recommend investment decisions for new product development.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales to develop products and communicate market needs.
• Manage field support and optimize account partnership and market penetration opportunities.
• Prepare executive reviews and align Sales and business management on market and product strategy.

Requirements

• Experience in the semiconductor process domain is required.
• Comprehensive understanding of marketing, business, and related disciplines.
• Ability to manage multiple related teams, set priorities, and allocate resources.
• Experience solving complex technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
• Compliance with hirify.global' Standards of Business Conduct is required.
