Project Manager (ERP/CRM)

Location: United States; remote or hybrid working environment depending on location.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, business, accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience implementing technical solutions, or 2+ years implementing ERP, accounting, or CRM systems.
• Expertise with Microsoft Project or a similar project management tool, plus Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Microsoft tools and technologies and an understanding of ERP or CRM functionality.
• Ability to manage project plans, risks, resources, timelines, scope, status reporting, and client communications.
• Valid driver’s license; PMP certification or progress toward certification is helpful.

What you will do

• Manage software implementation, development, and upgrade projects from planning through delivery.
• Deploy project plans aligned with Solutions Architect designs and assign tasks to appropriately experienced consultants.
• Monitor project progress, risks, variances, resources, scope, and timelines.
• Prepare project status reports and communicate updates, issues, and feedback to clients and internal leadership.
• Coordinate consultants and clients to ensure delivery of agreed services and adherence to project methodology standards.
• Develop go-live cutover schedules and post-go-live support plans.
