Project Manager (Enterprise Software)

Location: Remote within the U.S. and Canada, with travel up to 15% within these countries; East Coast candidates preferred.

What you will do

• Lead client implementations from project kickoff through go-live and transition to support.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, estimates, forecasts, documentation, and delivery metrics.
• Manage scope, resources, margins, billable utilization, risks, escalations, and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead requirements gathering, project estimating, proposal creation, and coordination of engineering integrations.
• Collaborate with professional services, sales, support, engineering, and technical services teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Coordinate training and knowledge transfer to ensure integration with client business operations and Client Services.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementations or IT consulting projects for external stakeholders.
• Ownership of project budgets, schedules, financial forecasting, and delivery outcomes.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methods and principles.
• Experience with professional services automation tools such as AdaptiveWork/PlanView or SmartSheet.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, resource-management, and MS Office skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.

• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).
