Senior Project Manager (Contact Center)

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of complex contact center and unified communications implementations from contract handoff through production rollout and closeout.
• Coordinate requirements validation, solution design, build, testing, deployment, stabilization, and acceptance.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, work breakdown structures, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Lead cross-functional teams involving engineers, solution architects, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Manage project financials, including costs, utilization, revenue alignment, forecasting, billing, and margin targets.
• Manage risks, issues, scope changes, quality, customer communication, and executive stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional or military experience.
• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex customer-facing technology implementations in a VAR, systems integrator, or professional services environment.
• Experience managing cloud, hybrid, and on-premises contact center and unified communications solutions.
• Experience with project financials, margin, utilization, cost controls, and revenue alignment.
• Strong knowledge of formal project management methodologies, documentation, and governance.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project; PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification is preferred.
