I’m looking for a Talent Development Assistant to join my team!

If you’ve been thinking about starting your career in corporate learning and development, this might be a great place to start.

I’m looking for someone who:
- isn’t afraid to figure things out and dive into something new;
- is curious and ready to learn a lot;
- sees their future in corporate learning and development;
- feels comfortable working with AI and experimenting with new tools.

You don’t need to know everything already. What matters much more is curiosity, initiative, and a genuine interest in how people learn and grow at work.
