Learning & Development Coordinator

What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule internal and external firm-wide training sessions, including logistics.
• Support the delivery and ongoing development of Learning & Development programs.
• Maintain current L&D offerings, nomination processes, trackers, and shared platforms.
• Collect, analyse, and apply data to support L&D initiatives and decision-making.
• Support the full training lifecycle, from proficiency surveys and program development through delivery and feedback collection.
• Partner with internal stakeholders globally and handle ad-hoc L&D requests.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a global environment.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to learn existing processes and contribute to L&D projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Learning & Development experience at a hedge fund or similar investment management firm.
