Senior Learning & Development Partner (Leadership Development and AI): Designing and delivering tailored learning strategies, coaching interventions, and development programs that strengthen leadership capabilities and support business performance with an accent on needs analysis, behavioral adoption, and data-driven impact measurement. Focus on enabling leaders to build AI capabilities, managing end-to-end learning programs, and driving behavioral change through personalized coaching.
Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid home-office model

What you will do
- Engage business leaders to identify learning needs, assess skills gaps, and address organizational performance challenges.
- Build trusted relationships with people managers and teams to foster a learning culture.
- Design and deliver tailored learning experiences using varied learning methods and impact assessment.
- Manage learning programs end to end, including needs analysis, content development, delivery, and impact measurement.
- Coach leaders to strengthen critical capabilities, drive behavioral change, and support career growth.
- Enable leaders to build AI capabilities and adopt new ways of working.
Requirements
- Background in leadership development and effective individual coaching interventions.
- Previous experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, or a related field.
- Experience designing and delivering learning solutions that create business value.
- Proven ability to track behavioral adoption and business impact metrics using data-driven insights.
- Strong executive presence, facilitation, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
Nice to have
- Experience using applied AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, or other AI-powered assistants.
- Curiosity and an experimentation mindset when integrating emerging AI solutions into workflows.
- Adaptability and strong learning agility.
