Senior Learning & Development Partner

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid home-office model

What you will do

• Engage with business leaders to identify learning needs, assess skills gaps, and address organizational performance challenges.
• Build trusted relationships with managers and teams while fostering a learning culture.
• Design and deliver tailored learning experiences using varied learning methods.
• Manage learning programs end to end, including needs analysis, content development, delivery, and impact measurement.
• Coach leaders and managers to strengthen capabilities, support behavioral change, and enable career growth.
• Enable leaders to build AI capabilities and adopt new ways of working.

Requirements

• Background in leadership development and individual coaching interventions.
• Proven experience coaching mid-to-senior leaders and constructively challenging senior stakeholders.
• Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, or a related field.
• Experience designing learning solutions and tracking behavioral adoption and business impact metrics.
• Strong executive presence, facilitation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

• Experience using applied AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, or other AI-powered assistants.
• Curiosity and experimentation with emerging AI-driven solutions.
