What you will do

• Define and lead the compliance training strategy covering customer contract obligations, onboarding, data privacy, information security, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Contract Management, Information Security, and other functions to identify competence and compliance gaps.
• Design, develop, and implement engaging, technology-enabled, and scalable learning solutions.
• Develop and deliver a company-wide AI upskilling strategy, including foundational and role-specific AI training.
• Research, pilot, and integrate AI tools, LLMs, and modern LMS capabilities into learning solutions.
• Own training tracking, reporting, auditing, and continuous improvement of compliance, onboarding, and AI programmes.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Experience designing and delivering learning and development programmes.
• Ability to translate emerging technologies into practical learning solutions.
• Experience addressing compliance, contractual, legal, data privacy, or information security training requirements.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and identify AI-related skill gaps.
• Ability to manage training frameworks, completion tracking, dashboards, reporting, and audits.
