What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with French-speaking VIP customers, providing exceptional service and support.
• Provide tailored recommendations and personalized offers to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Act as the main point of contact for VIP customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver VIP experiences, including event invitations and bespoke rewards.
• Monitor and analyze VIP customer activity to identify engagement and retention opportunities.
• Execute strategies for VIP customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Previous experience in VIP account management or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Analytical ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Malta.
