What you will do

  • Target new business through market research and proactive engagement with potential operators.
  • Establish and nurture lasting commercial relationships at an executive level.
  • Drive the distribution of the Prize Flex solution and the core Games Portfolio to maximize revenue.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and close high-value, long-term contracts.
  • Manage the sales cycle up to launch, collaborating with technical teams and internal Account Managers.
  • Represent the company vision at major industry conferences and events.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of hitting targets in a competitive B2B environment.
  • Ability to open doors, qualify leads, and manage complex, tailored deals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to navigate legal requirements and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Ability to identify sales potential and keep stakeholders informed on market trends.
  • Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Malta.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with a leading B2B provider in games, platforms, or payments.
  • Deep understanding of the iGaming industry landscape.
