What you will do
- Target new business through market research and proactive engagement with potential operators.
- Establish and nurture lasting commercial relationships at an executive level.
- Drive the distribution of the Prize Flex solution and the core Games Portfolio to maximize revenue.
- Lead commercial negotiations and close high-value, long-term contracts.
- Manage the sales cycle up to launch, collaborating with technical teams and internal Account Managers.
- Represent the company vision at major industry conferences and events.
Requirements
- Proven track record of hitting targets in a competitive B2B environment.
- Ability to open doors, qualify leads, and manage complex, tailored deals.
- Strong interpersonal skills to navigate legal requirements and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Ability to identify sales potential and keep stakeholders informed on market trends.
- Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Malta.
