Marketing Operations Lead (Crypto)

What you will do

• Own growth of the in-app community by increasing active users, content participation, and engagement.
• Develop content distribution strategies and define recommendation algorithm requirements to improve content discovery.
• Design and optimize user funnels for UGC participation, community interaction, and trading conversion.
• Use data analysis and A/B testing to improve retention, engagement, and product performance.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, Data, and Engineering teams to align community initiatives with platform goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product operations, growth, or community product roles within internet or crypto platforms.
• Strong understanding of content distribution, recommendation systems, and user engagement strategies.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and A/B testing.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Fluent English required.
• Experience with Binance Square or Bitget Plaza is a plus.
