Marketing Operations Manager (Web3)

What you will do

• Own day-to-day marketing operations, including calendars, pipelines, and project follow-through.
• Create and execute content while coordinating team efforts for larger initiatives.
• Manage ecosystem and co-marketing coordination with partners via Telegram and other channels.
• Act as the quality assurance lead for all marketing output to ensure brand consistency.
• Coordinate international events, handling everything from logistics to on-the-ground execution.
• Help launch and scale new marketing channels such as podcasts and newsletters.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing operations, including campaign management and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong background in or around crypto with the ability to quickly understand complex financial products.
• Experience working with TradFi or institutional audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in event coordination, ideally on an international scale.
• Sharp eye for brand quality and attention to detail.
• Proactive, high-energy approach with the ability to manage multiple partner conversations simultaneously.
