CLM Executive/Specialist

What you will do

• Develop strategies to engage, retain, and re-engage customers across key lifecycle milestones.
• Create and run email, in-app, push, and web notification campaigns for C2C and B2C audiences.
• Perform A/B testing and optimize campaign content, frequency, audiences, and personalization.
• Build audiences, develop segmentation, analyze customer data, and translate insights into targeted marketing strategies.
• Work with Product Managers to test new product features and support lifecycle communications.
• Coordinate with BI and Tech teams on API-based campaigns and increase CLM traffic and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or BSc from a reputable university.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar field.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and advanced CLM tools, with practical experience in at least one email automation platform.
• Experience with tools such as Braze, Airship, Leanplum, Acoustic, MoEngage, Twilio, SendGrid, or Sendinblue.
• Strong data analysis, critical thinking, strategic thinking, and online marketing skills.
• Knowledge of web analytics, preferably Google Analytics, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
