Lead Marketing (Web3): Leading the partnerships program for the Predictions product to expand brand awareness and liquidity with an accent on trader and distribution partner relationships. Focus on identifying prospective partners, building market liquidity, and turning conversations into active partnerships.

Location: Must be based in New York, NY (required to be in person twice a week)

Salary: $129,500 - $185,000

What you will do

• Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with market makers, data providers, traders, and distribution partners.
• Structure partnership terms in collaboration with legal, finance, and compliance teams.
• Manage onboarding, integration, and activity of partners cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Operations.
• Develop a deep view of the competitive landscape to translate it into an actionable strategy.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in Partnerships, preferably in crypto or emerging technology.
• Experience building partner programs or ambassador ecosystems from scratch.
• Real fluency with Prediction markets, including trading behavior, order books, and market-making mechanics.
• Ability to lead commercial terms and finalize agreements with legal and compliance.
• Strong analytical skills to size opportunities and track liquidity/volume performance.
