Learning and Development Specialist

Location: Remote work based in Istanbul, Turkey; candidates must reside in Istanbul city center

What you will do

• Create and maintain onboarding and role-specific training programs.
• Develop e-learning courses, scripts, videos, quizzes, and learning activities.
• Create and update software and product training as products evolve.
• Research documentation and synthesize complex information into clear learning materials.
• Support LMS administration and manage multiple training projects and deadlines.
• Collaborate with L&D, Product, Operations, HR, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to research and synthesize complex information.
• Comfort learning new software and tools, working independently, taking ownership, and handling ambiguity.
• Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Perfect, advanced English proficiency is required; all interviews are conducted in English.
• Must reside in Istanbul city center.

Nice to have

• L&D or instructional design experience, including Synthesia.
• LMS, HRIS/LMS platform, e-learning, or video-production experience.
• Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or technology.
• Knowledge-management, documentation, or onboarding-program experience.
