Manager, Learning and Development (Training Manager)

Location: Remote, available to candidates based in Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, or the UK

What you will do

• Assess training needs with functional subject matter experts and design, develop, and deliver learning solutions.
• Coordinate and deliver role-specific new hire onboarding, including scheduling and tracking.
• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning programs based on adult learning principles.
• Act as the first-line contact for training requests and advise on existing tools, templates, and materials.
• Manage learning platforms and systems, while maintaining training documentation, records, and reporting.
• Establish and maintain role-based curricula, annual reviews, and training-hour requirements with functional leadership.

Requirements

• Graduate, postgraduate, four-year college degree, or equivalent experience in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• Four to six years of learning and development experience supporting delivery teams in a Clinical Research Organisation.
• Proficiency with learning development platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Strong English communication skills, writing ability, and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple complex projects and build effective internal and external relationships.
• Understanding of medical terminology, clinical trial activities, and ICH/GCP requirements for clinical trial management.
