Clinic Learning & Development Lead (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Design and deliver structured onboarding for doctors, nurses, pharmacists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate training journeys and track clinician progress through independent readiness.
• Train clinicians on clinical systems, the patient portal, eligibility, suitability, prescribing processes, prescription pathways, documentation, SOPs, governance, and escalation procedures.
• Use demonstrations, workshops, system practice, case-based learning, and assessments to make training practical and engaging.
• Identify knowledge gaps, delays, and barriers, providing additional support where required.
• Continuously improve and scale onboarding, refresher training, and new-system rollout.

Requirements

• Strong experience in training, learning and development, onboarding, or operational enablement.
• Experience designing and delivering structured training programmes.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, organisation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Confidence training experienced professionals and simplifying complex information.
• Experience delivering systems and process training.
• A continuous-improvement mindset; healthcare or another regulated environment is advantageous.
