What you will do

• Own the end-to-end new hire onboarding experience, including program design, content creation, and readiness evaluation.
• Design and facilitate ongoing upskilling and process change training for Claims adjudication workflows.
• Build and maintain training materials, including e-learning modules, Adobe Captivate simulations, and facilitator guides.
• Manage operations-specific knowledge content within the KM system to ensure accuracy and alignment.
• Handle LMS administration, scheduling, and coordination of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessment data, QA results, and supervisor feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or knowledge management, ideally in healthcare or contact centers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven track record of owning and improving end-to-end training programs independently.
• Strong project and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams.
• Experience delivering training sessions both virtually and in person.
• Must be based in the United States to align with US healthcare operations and benefits.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare claims processing or insurance operations.
• Familiarity with simulation tools like Adobe Captivate.
• Experience with Sana, Document360, or similar LMS and knowledge management platforms.
