Senior Global S/R Specialist (R5264)

Location: Dallas, Texas; on-site

Salary: $79,000–$110,000 per year, plus bonus, benefits, and equity for regular full-time employees.

What you will do

• Execute domestic and international shipments using parcel, LTL, FTL, air freight, ocean freight, and hand-carry methods.
• Coordinate import and export operations with freight forwarders, customs brokers, government agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and review commercial invoices, packing lists, EEI and AES filings, export licenses, ATA Carnets, certificates of origin, and related documentation.
• Support customer deliveries, field deployments, demonstrations, sustainment activities, and international programs.
• Receive, inspect, process, and inventory incoming materials and customer returns while maintaining accurate ERP/WMS transactions.
• Investigate shipment delays, customs holds, inventory discrepancies, and logistics issues, and provide status updates and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or international transportation.
• Experience with international shipments, customs processes, freight carriers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders.
• Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, dangerous goods, and customs compliance requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management processes.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances or export authorizations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with aerospace, defense, military, or government programs.
• Dangerous Goods certification, including IATA, IMDG, or 49 CFR experience.
• Experience with ATA Carnets, temporary imports/exports, Lean, Six Sigma, forklift certification, or warehouse equipment.
