Warehouse Associate (Aerospace)

Location: On-site in San Diego, California, United States. Applicants must be U.S. Persons under ITAR/EAR regulations and must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Salary: $50,000–$65,000 annual base salary, excluding benefits and bonuses.

What you will do

• Receive, inspect, process, store, pick, pack, and ship materials, parts, and equipment.
• Record inventory transactions in E2 JobBoss and NetSuite while maintaining accurate stock records.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits, investigating and reconciling discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, and Production on material allocation, staging, and kitting.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment in accordance with OSHA and safety requirements.
• Maintain 5S, ESD handling, safety, and continuous improvement standards, including disposition of non-conforming, surplus, and obsolete materials.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of warehouse, shipping and receiving, or inventory management experience in a manufacturing environment related to electronic circuit boards.
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated inventory accuracy and documentation compliance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
• Understanding of warehouse operations under FAR/DFAR and experience with DCMA warehouse audits.
• Prior experience mentoring or leading a small warehouse team.
• U.S. Person status and eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance are required.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree or vocational certification in logistics or a related field.
• Experience with E2 JobBoss and NetSuite.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing, including hi-rel EEE component handling and SMT kit preparation.
• Familiarity with ITAR/EAR compliance and 5S, Lean, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
