Business Analyst (AI)

Location: Palo Alto, United States; hybrid with onsite work required 3 days per week and frequent travel to client sites.

Salary: $80,000–$120,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Identify high-value AI use cases with healthcare system employees and conduct onsite product discovery.
• Map workflows, data and document requirements, product features, user groups, and evaluation metrics.
• Build, evaluate, and test custom AI assistants using the QH Assistant Builder platform.
• Coordinate with engineering, stakeholders, and client teams through assistant rollout, training, testing, and support.
• Support account management with presentations, business cases, impact analysis, webinars, and governance metrics.
• Document best practices and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related technical field.
• Recent graduate with 0–2 years of experience and demonstrated proficiency in generative AI technologies.
• Advanced understanding of GPT models, prompt engineering, and AI application development.
• Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work onsite in Palo Alto 3 days per week and travel frequently to client sites.
• Strong analytical, communication, client interaction, collaboration, and project coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience building custom AI applications.
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows, terminology, or IT systems.
• Internship or project experience in consulting, client services, or healthcare technology.
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools.
