What you will do
- Collaborate with Product Managers to design application solutions that effectively meet business requirements.
- Gather and analyze detailed business requirements from stakeholders for new initiatives and existing projects.
- Act as the primary liaison between technology vendors, internal Information Systems teams, and business users.
- Translate business requirements into comprehensive designs, user story maps, and detailed functional specifications.
- Develop business process workflows and essential design documentation to support project execution.
- Partner with development teams throughout build, configuration, and user testing to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in business analysis and functional support focused on software implementation.
- Must be based in the US (Remote).
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and process modeling.
- Proficiency in business analysis documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Nice to have
- 1-2 years of experience in clinical settings or EHR support.
