Manager, Supply Planning (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end supply planning and order fulfillment activities across Asia Operations.
• Translate demand signals into executable supply, production, and material plans.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules to support material availability, revenue targets, delivery commitments, and inventory objectives.
• Monitor planning KPIs including shipment OTD, supplier OTD to First Committed Date, cycle time, and B2B transaction performance.
• Lead and develop the Supply Planning team, including hiring, engagement, training, and career development.
• Partner with Demand Planning, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Inside Sales, Marketing, and external manufacturing partners to resolve constraints and improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience in semiconductor supply or demand planning.
• Strong knowledge of order fulfillment and end-to-end supply planning processes.
• Experience leading teams and working cross-functionally with internal and external manufacturing partners.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Experience with B2B transaction systems.
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction, Alternate/Engineering Release, or dual-sourcing projects.
