Production Planner (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Philippines - Mphil 3; must reside in Laguna or be willing to relocate to Laguna

What you will do

• Translate intercompany demand into production build plans for sub-assemblies and catalog part numbers based on customer requirements, material availability, production targets, and capacity.
• Generate work orders in Axapta 2012 for material kitting and production, including all required instructions and notations.
• Review MRP results, backlog requirements, material supply status, and Microsoft Excel data to maintain continuous WIP supply.
• Schedule sales orders according to assembly cycle times and production commitments, while monitoring production and engineering lots to prevent ageing and missed delivery dates.
• Coordinate with material planning, engineering, production, QA, stores, and logistics to resolve issues, release materials, prepare pick lists, and ensure timely shipments.
• Provide weekly performance updates to intercompany customers and escalate risks that may affect production or shipment commitments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering with 2–3 years of production control experience; candidates with other engineering degrees and relevant production planning experience may also apply.
• Preferably, experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Residence in Laguna or willingness to relocate to Laguna is required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Axapta.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and communicate clearly in writing and verbally; analytical, results-oriented, trustworthy, and quick to learn.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Tableau.
