Planner (Semiconductor Production)

Location: Philippines - Mphil 3. Must reside in Laguna or be willing to relocate to Laguna.

What you will do

• Translate intercompany demand into production build plans based on customer requirements, material availability, targets, and production capacity.
• Provide weekly load and build plans to Operations, generate work orders in Microsoft Dynamics Axapta 2012, and prepare pick lists for shipments.
• Use MRP results and Microsoft Excel to review build plans, backlog requirements, and continuous WIP supply.
• Schedule sales orders according to promised ship dates, assembly cycle time, capacity, and material availability.
• Monitor production and engineering lots, coordinate material release with QA and Logistics, and prevent ageing lots and shipment delays.
• Communicate expedites, urgent lots, risks, and delivery updates to intercompany customers and supervisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering with 2–3 years of production control experience; other engineering backgrounds with production planning and control experience are welcome.
• Preferably, experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Must reside in Laguna or be willing to relocate to Laguna, Philippines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Axapta.
• Ability to multitask, communicate clearly, analyze problems, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Tableau.
